Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of myelin basic protein(MBP) in lung adenocarcinoma cells A549.Methods RPMI Medium 1640 with 10% fetal calf serum was used to culture lung adenocarcinoma cells A549,then the expression of MBP in lung adenocarcinoma cells A549 was detected by immunohistochemistry SP.Results Expression of MBP was mainly located in cytoplasm of lung adenocarcinoma cells A549,which exhibited a round shape, possibly as new cells. The positive rate of MBP positive cells was about 21.1%.Conclusion The expression of MBP in lung adenocarcinoma cells A549 may be related to lung cancer cell proliferation or neurotropic properties of lung cancer.
