Abstract
The integrated circuit model for simulation of energy-saving EDM pulse generator based on PWM control and the machining gap are established by means of circuit simulation technology. The validity of circuit structure and control strategy of the system is proved through transient response analysis and parameter analysis. The laws adjusting circuit parameters are of great benefit to the development of a prototype.
