Analysis of Chinese Regional Industry Specialization

The paper analyzes Chinese industry regional specialization which apply the hover specialization index and krugman specialization index,and the location and agglomeration of manufacturing industries from 1989 to 2005.The paper makes some main conclusions: the degree of Chinese industry specialization has increased over time;there is a growing production disparity between the provinces and a increasing differently from the national structure.which show that as reformation of Chinese market economy,market mechanism makes an increasing importance part on the process of resource collocation,and different regions develop manufacturing industries in term of their advantage.
