Effects of Individual Psychological intervention in treatment of the Drug Therapy of Primary Hypertension Patients

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of individual psychological intervention in treatment of the drug therapy of primary hypertension patients.Methods:82 primary hypertension patients were divided into intervention group and control group 41 patients from Jun,2OO9 to Dec.2OO9.Control group received routine treatment and care,the intervention group on the basis of the control group patients according to age,educational level and personadity to take individualized psychological intervention.Patients were observed before and after treayment in the treatment of blood pressure control level at the end of 2,4,6 week and psychological state of the relationship.Results: Through the implementation of imdividualized intervention group psychological intervention to improue the patient' s emotional state to increase the patient' s compliance behavior,the control of blood pressure better than the control group(P0.05 or P0.01).The hiood pressure in intervention group were siginificantly lower than control group at the end of 4,6 week(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusions: On targeted,personalized psychological care in primary hypertension patients,could help control symptoms,prevent complications and improve quality of life in patients.
