Selection of Mother Culture Media of Korean Ganoderma Lucidum

Through the growth experiments on Korean ganoderma iucidum strain in different carbon,different nitrogen sources,and different mother culture media,the most suitable carbon source,nitrogen source and the optimum prescription of medium have been worked out.The results shows that the corn powder is the most suitable carbon source among corn powder,sucrose and glucose,and wheat bran is the most suitable nitrogen source among wheat bran,yeast ointment and peptone.The growth experiments in 5 kinds culture medium shows that PDA medium supplemented with wheat bran is the most suitable prescription of medium for Korean ganoderma lucidum.
