Abstract
As development of economy makes Chinese higher vocational education boom,requirements of talent cultivation become more.This paper analyzes the problems of cultivation occur in some higher vocational colleges,and points that higher vocational colleges should enforce the education of thankgiving consciousness,serving consciousness and regulation consciousness in order to adjust to the development.
