87 participants of 2 classes from a University completed this intervention study.The subjects were chosen through cluster random sampling and received two different kinds of personality education.Results indicate that both personality educations are helpful to the cultivation of healthy personality and psychological health.However,compared with traditional teaching method,healthy personality psychology teaching model and teaching method of personality have greater influence on the students' personality and mental health.At the same time,personality education can only have some influence on personality and mental health,but not all.
