INNOVATE INSTITUTIONS AND MECHANISMS TO PROMOTE NEW COUNTRYSIDE DEVELOPMENT OF HAINAN

Under the background of the state strategy of new countryside construction, this paper based on Hainan’s unique conditions for tropical agricultural development argues that the key to the new countryside economic construction of Hainan should be the high-efficient and ecological development of tropical agriculture. Five innovative measures including structure optimization, new technology utilization, market-oriented principle, reasonable organization and ecological dimension are provided to promote the sustainable development of the new countryside in Hainan province.
