Abstract
Objective To explore new antioxidant. Methods The effect of radish peroxidase as an antioxidant from different tissues of mice was observed by measuring activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),and content of malony dialdehyde(MDA). Results All doses of radish peroxidase could significantly enhance the activities of both SOD and GSH-Px,whereas effectively reduce MDA content in liver. Conclusion Radish peroxidase showed antioxidant function in mice.
