Abstract

The anatase TiO2(A-TiO2) has the best catalytic activity in its three crystallographic forms.XRD analysis shows that the TiO2 fabricated via hydrothermal method is the anatase type. The results of photocatalysis show that the degeneration rate of Rhodamine B is 80.3% under the optimum conditions: adding 0.165 0 g as-prepared A-TiO2 into the 5 mg/L Rhodamine B solution(pH ≈5) illuminated by UV(λ=254 nm),stirring quickly at 20 ℃ for 4 h.
