Abstract
Along with the rapid development of economy,the gap among the East,the West and the Middle part becomes more and more obvious. Economic development in Western part,especially the one in ethnic minority areas is highly emphasized by the state and government. This will not only lend a strong impetus to china's economic development but also stimulate the nation harmony and society stableness. This paper takes Qinghai Province as the study area,first evaluate the level of coordinated development of county economy, then analyzing factors including the lever of human capital,urbanization and regional industrial structure,and finally giving suggestions to promote the coordinated development of county economy by combining with the western local ethnic features.
