Problems and Countermeasures on Rural Land Expropriation in the Process of Urbanization

Land has a fixed location,irreplaceable,rare and limited flexibility in the supply.With the urbanization level of continuous improvement,the trend of conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural land can not be stopped by expropriation.The special nature of rural land,unclear property rights and asymmetric information led to some prob-lems:low standard of compensation,land rent-seeking behavior and lack of living security on farmers.Driven by econom-ic interests,unclear property rights of rural land and performance needs are the main reason.In order to solve these problems,we should construct a harmonious urban and rural areas,improve the system of rural land expropriation and change farmer ideas.
