Study on Producer Services Industries Coordinated Developing and Upgrading in Traditional Special Economic Zones in the New Era:Based on Positive Analyze of Industries and Employment Structure in Shenzhen City

Special economic zones have achieved the leap development during the international industry transfer and regional coordinated development,the export-oriented developing mode of traditional special economic zones are under tremendous pressure in the new period. Producer services industry has a strong employment absorption capacity,can realize the manufacturing and services integration development,and promotes regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading. Taking Shenzhen city representing the export-oriented developing mode of traditional special economic zones for an example,positively analyzing the coordinated developing of producer services industry- employment structure,found the service industry is labor in industry in Shenzhen,each subdivided industries of producer services are difference, but there are certain requirements for labor,and structural contradiction between supply and demand. Based on this, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote industry- employment structure coordinated developing of producer services in Shenzhen.
