Abstract

Progress in science and technology is the fundamental guarantee to agriculture modernization and sustainable agricultural development.Supports for agricultural science and technology are fundamental ways to breakthrough resource endowment in Shaanxi agricultural and enhance their own strength,stability and implementation of rural peasant incomes.Establishment of effective agricultural support system must accelerate establishment of modern agricultural research and development system,strengthen modern agricultural science and technology promotion and service system,improve education and training system and establish diversified system of agricultural science and technology inputs.
