Abstract

Objective To studuy the chenmical constituents of Callicarpa konchiana.Methods Isolation and purification were carried out by varied chromatographies,and structure identification of compounds were carried out by physical methods,chenmical methods and spectral data.Results Six compounds were obtained from the n-butanol fraction of C.konchiana,and were identified as apigenin 6,8-di-C-β-D-glucose(Ⅰ),Kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),Pruvuloside A(Ⅲ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ are obtained from Callicarpa L.for the first time.
