Abstract

Aiming at the importance of the coal mine capital construction project,it introduces accident type in the coal mine capital construction field,analyzes the causes of the coal mine building construction safe accident,emphasizes the importance of culturing high quality technology talent on the coal mine construction,and provides method of culturing high quality technology worker,so as to enhance construction of the coal mine capital construction project.
