How to motivate the executive is a central issue in the operation of enterprises. The systemic function of executive stock option (ESO) lies in its long-term motivation on the executive and the reduced agency cost. The key to the successful practice of ESO at present is to transform the ideas, collecting courage to widen the income gap and identifying the implementation range and objects as well as establishing the risk mechanism which corresponds to the motivation system.
