Abstract

【Objective】The purpose of this study aims to research the sensitivity of Plasmopara viticola to 4 fungicides: dimethomorph, azoxystrobin, metalaxyl and ethylicin in order to provide scientific basis for chemical control of Plasmopara viticola and monitor the resistance of grape downy mildew in Xinjiang region.【Method】The sensitivity of the above four fungicides collected from different areas in Xinjiang to Plasmopara viticola(grape downy mildew) was assayed by using leaf discs method.【Results】The results showed the sensitive baseline of grape downy mildew to dimethomorph, azoxystrobin, metalaxyl and ethylicin were 0.197 1,0.167 9,0.936 7 and 0.575 1 μg/mL.【Conclusion】The results have proved that dimethomorph, azoxystrobin can be used as the chemical therapeutical agent for Plasmopara viticola, but could not be used consecutively.
