Abstract
Virulence play an important role in tuberculosis and only virulent strains can cause thedisease. Virulence of M .tuberculosis is always associated with virulence factors .M .tuberculosis isa typical pathogen live inside macrophage ,but only virulent strains can proliferate in it .It isbelieved that virulence factors play the key role during proliferation inside the macrophage .Little isknown about the molecular mechanisms of virulence factors -virulence genes .In this study ,we cloned oneof the macrophage induced genes (mig )with respect to understand the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesisof M. tuberculosis .
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
