Abstract

Regional economy is the element of the economy in a country and the private economy is the primary part of the regional economy.The private economy has developed to be a economic part which has a large range of influence until the reformation and open.However,there are many problems about the regional private economy in the center part of our country at present,we have to carry out some measures to promote the development of the regional private economy.
