Abstract

One of the kernel problems in overall land-use planning is to determine land use balance scheme. To work out the scheme rapidly and reasonably is a basic precondition for making land use planning smoothly.For that purpose a set of methods is provided, in which automation has been realized by use of programming languages. It would supersede traditional methods and improve the efficiency greatly. At the same time, it would also serve as a key tool to develop information system for land use planning.
