Comparative Study on Monitoring Methods to Authorization Legislation of China and Western Countries

Abstract

Authorization legislation is an important part in legislative system and plays essential role in solving kinds of complex problems that modern society is facing.However it is a new problem in Chinese legislative system,we are still poor in legislative practice more or less.The paper compared and analyzed monitoring methods to authorization legislation of China and western countries,and put forward the thinking of improving supervision mechanism on authorization legislation in order to better our authorization legislation system.
