Abstract

TiO_2 nano-crystalline doped with La~(3+), Fe~(3+) and Pb~(2+) has been prepared through sol-gel method. XRD, DTA and TG were used to characterize the TiO_2 nano-crystalline. The result indicated that the phase of doped TiO_2 nanometer is anatase held at 400℃ for 2h.
