Abstract
The deficiencies of DEVS simulation are analyzed.The technology of component and XML are introduced into the development of simulation system to propose a component-based DEVS modeling and simulation frame,which effectively support the call of model-component from static description to the dynamic operation and realize the composability and the reuse of model-component.
