Abstract

As a great thinker of ancient Chinese,Confucius' thoughts was accepted and developed by the posterity, and became the guiding ideology of feudal society that lasted more than 2000 years. Confucius thought highly of introspection and education on the topic of individual tutelage;he values practice and enlightenment on the topic of national governance. Confucius' attitude to human's desire has profound influence on freedom,democracy and government by law in modern China.
