Abstract

Third party logistics and fourth party logistics are two different types of logistics.The paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages respectively and works out the concept of strategic cooperation.It aims at improving logistics efficiency by fully utilizing and integrating social resources.Through collaboration,third party logistics and fourth party logistics can be integrated into one form of beneficial coexistence within supply chain management.
