Abstract
In the Tang dynasty, the three schools of Confucianism,Daoism and Buddhism are popular simultaneously, with the Buddhism manifesting a prominent character of the thought at that time while traditional Chinese Classics still having an unmovable leading position in political philosophy.Generally, based on the theory of WANG Bi and rooted in Confucian thought,Zhouyi Zheng Yi(The Rectification of the Meanings of Zhouyi)demonstrates the interflow of Confucianism and Daoism. As for its Yi-ology,the approach of explanation shows an inclination of stressing equally on both image-numberology and philosophical annotations;as for the ontology,it embodies the ideas of valuing Wu(nonbeing)and worshiping Ben(origin). The tendency of correction is an epitome of the grand unified culture in the Tang dynasty and it enhances the ruler's political ideas in turn.
