Study about strategy of training teachers' ability of lifelong learning under the digital learning environment

Computer and network technology creates a digital learning environment for learners. It offers the possibility and convenience for lifelong learning. The objective of this paper is to study how to cultivate teachers' lifelong learning in the digital learning environment. It analyzes the characteristics of digital learning environments,the constituent elements of life- long learning ability and connotation. This paper presents eight strategies of training teachers' lifelong learning ability.
