Abstract

This paper gives a synoptic introduction to the development of the EMS advanced application software as well as its application in the regional power grid of Jieyang,including its overall design and general layout and software/hardware configurations.The author points out that it has bee positively important for Jieyang Power Grid to have brought the EMS advanced application software into service.
