Abstract

Pennisetum Purpureum is a new style of vicacious forage pasture with high yield and good quality, which is suitable to grow in Torrid Zone, semitropics. It can grow well in the gloden sandland below the altitude of 800m in the southern proinces. The Result of breeding experiments shows that it would get a good planting effect to rationally plant Pennisetum Purpureum in the Dongting Lakeland
