Abstract
The study used Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb as material, the receptors were Soybean,Celery and Chives. The effects of Water Extracts from the Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb on vegetable seeds germination rate were studied by using culture dish filter paper method,to study the allelopathy of Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb. The result showed that different concentrations(0.025 g/mL,0.05 g/mL,0.1 g/mL) Water Extracts from the Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb roots and stems were affected to different degrees of inhibition for the three tested vegetable seeds germination rate, and when the concentration was 0.1 g/mL,the inhibition was the strongest. To the same concentration, the inhibition of root water extract treatment on seed stronger than the stem extract.
