Water environment assessment and protection countermeasures for river channels in rural areas of Zhejiang Province

On the base of investigation on water environment of river and water quality monitoring results in water function area in Zhejiang province,the water environment state quo and main causes of water pollution in rural river are analyzed.In the evaluated 28 223.8 km rural river channel(accounting for 50% of rural river in Zhejiang Province),the river channels of grade IV,grade V water and water worsen than grade V are 45.7%.The causes of river pollution in Zhejiang Province are analyzed and in the light of the pollution causes,the countermeasures of improving and protecting river water environment are put forward to water administrative department,providing technological support for the construction of 5 000 km clear river channel of Zhejiang Province.
