Diagnostic Value of MR Angiography in Intracranial Large Saccular Aneurysm

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of MR angiography in the diagnosis of larger saccular aneurysm.Methods The findings of MR angiography in 8 cases with larger saccular aneurysm were analyzed, and the results were compared with those of X ray angiography. The diagnosis was confirmed by operation in 5 patients and by embolization treatment with DSA in 2 cases. Results The large saccular aneurysms were well depicted by MR angiography, added the findings of MR imaging. The diagnosis were made in all 8 cases. Conclusion MR angiography is a simple, and easily performed and accurate method to diagnose the large saccular aneurysm, and it has a good result. [
