Abstract
Objective To analyze of the effect of dexmedetomidine continuous infusion on off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery. Methods Sixty patients treated with off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. Dexmedetomidine was used for the maintenance of anesthesia of the patients in the experiment group. HR and MAP were observed at T 1,T 2,T 3,T 4,T 5,T 6,and T 7. The myocardial enzymes before and after operations, and adverse reactions were also recorded. Results MAP and heart rate of the control group at T3 and T4 were obviously higher than those of the experiment group, and the differences were statistically significant( t = 3. 34,P = 0. 002 and t = 2. 58,P = 0. 012,t = 2. 33,t = 3. 05,P = 0. 023 and P = 0. 004), while the T 3 and T 4 of blood pressure and heart rate increased significantly( t = 2. 33,t = 3. 05,P = 0. 023 and P = 0. 004). Intraoperative blood loss was higher than in the control group than in the experiment group( P = 0. 03). CK-MB and CK values of the two groups were significantly different( P = 0. 04,P = 0. 03). CK-MB and CK values within each group increased significantly 24 h after operation and differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine continuous infusion in the heart surgery anesthesia can maintain hemodynamic stability, and reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury and protect the myocardial cells.
