Abstract
In this research, the promotion of fungicide fenaminosulf and plant growth regulator in the gall formation had been produced by spraying fenaminosulf and plant growth regulator combinations at different growth development phases of Zizania latifolia ‘Longjiao 2'. After comparative and statistical analyzing of the plant heights, changes of endogenous hormone(IAA, ABA and GA3) in stem and yields of gall formation, it was found that the spraying of fenaminosulf with a certain concentration could signifi cantly promote the yields of gall formation in Z. latifolia, especially the spraying combinations of fenaminosulf(standard concentration) with nutrient solution and fenaminosulf(standard concentration). The promotions of plant growth regulator were also found, which was related to the different contents of plant growth regulator. Besides, the treatments of plant growth regulator could signifi cantly promote the early growth of plants, but little effect on the fi nal plants height. Using the methods of indirect ELISA, the contents of IAA, ABA and GA3 at the residual part of stem in Z. latifolia were compared and analysed. It was showed that the spraying of fenaminosulf could reduce the contents of ABA obviously, but there were no signifi cant infl uences on the contents of IAA and GA3. The reduction of ABA before the enlargement of Z. latifolia maybe relate to the yields of gall formation.
