Abstract

This paper introduces the theory of common used centring idler operation of belt conveyor,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of actual application of centring idler.Through improve the disadvantages to design a new mode centring idler.The new new mode centring idler has been used in some mines of Jiangxi Copper.From actual operation,the new mode centring idler's centring,strength,life and other performances is better.
