On the New Progress of Regional Economy Development

The problem of regional economy development is of both economic and political significance.By giving it prime significance,the CPC has been making fruitful exploration on the regional economy development and proposed outlook on regional economy development according to the international environment and social historical conditions.The deepening of the process of regional economy development shows the CPC’s growing understanding of economic rules.The basic connotation and practice of the views demand that the following aspects be handled well: firstly,elaborate,objective and scientific strategies for the distribution of productivity,the allocation of resources and other priorities;secondly,the relationship between equity and efficiency;thirdly,the relationship between plan and market;fourthly,the realization of all-round and sustainable development of the society;fifthly,system construction;last but not the least,healthy interactive mechanism construction.
