Abstract
Fiscal decentralization is quite important in economic growth.In this paper,in terms of time series data from 2003 to 2008,with the ratio of local government expenditure and total financial expenditure as the indicators of fiscal decentralization,the empirical study in the financial return showed that economic growth is not significantly affected by the absolute level of fiscal decentralization,but the degree of change in the financial infringement.Based on the results,the relation between fiscal decentralization and economic growth is analyzed.
