Abstract
Hydrogen sulfide is an endogenous gaseous signal molecule which is found after NO and CO.It is induced by cystathionine-β-synthase(CBS) and cystathionine-γ-lyase(CSE) catalysis in the body,It is distributed widely in the body.In the body,it participates in expanding blood vessels,inhibiting smooth muscle cell proliferation and so on.And it plays an important role in pulmonary hypertension,endotoxin shock,surgical trauma and various pathological processes of disease.The generation,metabolism,physiological role and relationship with disease of H2S were reviewed in the article.
