Abstract
This paper expounds the operation and management of enterprise and the targets of the operation and management of the enterprise, analyzes on the problems existing in the operation and management mode of the enterprise at present, puts forward some requirements of the new times on the operation and management of the enterprise, and points out that Chinese enterprise must adapt to the new environment, carry out the strategic innovation, organizational structure innovation, operational and managerial technology innovation and management concept innovation in the drastic competition.
