Abstract

The human resource set,(including tacit knowledge,visible knowledge,creativity and capability of innovation),and capital set,(including outlay and equipment),are taken as the key factors of technological leapfrogging system.With method of system analysis,the evolution state of technological leapfrogging system and relative theory based on practical case are analysed so as to find the general principle of technological leapfrogging system.
