Abstract
Great migration of nationalities esp. ethnic minorities produced the city of Beijing. Since Liao Dynasty founded the accompanying capital of Nanjing, there were great migrations of nationalities during the dynasties of Liao, Jing, Yuan,Ming and Qing, all of which were political powers of ethnic minorities excepts Ming Dynasty, esp. Ming and Qing dynasties made residents of pre dynasty emigrate out of Beijing and made native people immigrate into Beijing.Today there are a lot of ethic historical inheritances, such as Tianning Temple of Chitan people, Jintaiye pond from Nuchen people, the alley system and the six sea system from Mongolian of Yuan Dynasty The Palace, the Great wall and the Ming Tombs made by Han people, and royal gardens of Qing Dynasty are too wonderful to be excelled by followers.
