Application and promotion in nursing quality management quality control circle

Objective To study effects and specific method of carrying out the quality control circle activities. Methods The establishment of quality control circle steering group learning, propaganda,training organization, and gradually the pilot, the promotion and intangi-ble results, tangible results. Results Through quality management circle activity, solve the problems in nursing quality management work,and it is more important for nurses to enjoy the quality improvement of achievement, facilitating the continuous improvement of nursing quality.Conclusion That quality control circle as a kind of excellent management, command management mode and top-down manage-ment mode which combined to form a new bottom-up system management mode of double track, conforms to the modern hospital man-agement concept, solves the problems in the management of nursing quality, and promote continuous improvement the quality of nursing care.
