Abstract
Objective To investigate the value and clinical significance of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),serum albumin(SA) and C reactive protein(CRP) in the diagnosis of early severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods One hundred and ninety-three patients with acute pancreatitis(AP) were divided into mild acute pancreatitis(MAP) group(n=102) and SAP group(n=91),one hundred and eighty-five healthy people were chose as control group. The levels of HDL-C,SA and CRP were detected and compared in three groups. Results Compared with control group, the levels of HDL-C and SA were lower obviously in MAP group and SAP group(P0.05),but the level of CRP was higher obviously(P0.05).Compared with MAP group, the levels of HDL-C and SA were lower obviously in SAP group(P0.05),but the level of CRP was higher obviously(P0.05).HDL-C,SA levels in MAP and SAP groups were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05),CRP levels were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion HDL-C,SA and CRP levels detecting have certain clinical value to the early diagnosis of SAP.
