Abstract
The observation on the pathologic alteration of the skin tissue in three forms of rosacea and the study on the relation between the human Demodex and the pathologic alteration of the skin tissue which the human Demodex live in that can provide the proofs for the disease of rosacea.A number of the imagines, nymphs and eggs of human Demodex are found in the enlarged hair follicle injured skin of the patient's feature and the hyper plasic sebaceous glands and there are some infections of different degree around the pathologic alteration of the skin tissue. The result shows that the bacterial subsequent infection resulting from the parasitism of the humand Demodex is one of the factors which lead to this disease. The suggestion is that the comprehensive treatment of killing the human Demodex and using the antibiotic should be accepted.
