Abstract
Objective To investigate the operative feasibility of unadult with deviation of nasal septum(DNS).Methods Twenty-four patients were performed with submucosae orthosis undernasal endoscopy. Results Twenty-four cases were followed-up for 1.5 years postoperatively, the curative rate was 95.83% and the total effective rate reached 100%.All patients were basically rectified plainly,no one had the complications of depression of nasal bridge, deformation of nose, blocking and perforation of nasal septum. Conclusion Submucous correction of nasal septum under nasal endoscopy is an effective method to cure unadults with DNS. Choosing adaptive indication and operative way reasonably is the key for the success of correction of deviation of nasal septum.
