Abstract

Rural land system,the main base of rural economy, is a collection of policies,measures,laws and regulations about ownership, usufruct and management of a nation or a district.Limited by the long-term planned economy,Chinese rural land system has not been established in line with the socialist market economy and the reform system should be further deepened.This paper,aiming at the demands of the development of the market economy,presents the methods that the large-scale management of cooperative economy organization shall overcome the dilemma the current rural land management system in China.
