RESEARCH ON THE INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HISTORIC AND CULTURAL RESOURCES IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

Mainly,the historic and cultural resources in Shaanxi Province can be categorized into four systems,including Zhou,Qin,Han and Tang Dynasty,which are composed of not only some tangible heritages,such as ancient tombs and other historic relics,but also some intangible heritages like unique folk arts,customs,and so on.The research on them usually focuses on following:the relationship between tourist areas and the development of tourism;the case studies,without the systematic study,on how to develop well-known cultural and historic resources;and the research mainly emphasizing national and world-class cultural heritage.The authors of the paper hold that these researches lay too much attention to the tourism value of the individual historic relic,but less to their cultural ones.This cannot satisfy the development needs of cultural industry in Shaanxi.Using the method of history,this paper,first,argues that the cultural and histori resources of Shaanxi should be studied in the field of culture so that their cultural value can be paid more attention to and the importance of culture value can be understood well.Then,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the history and culture resources in Shaanxi,aiming at well understanding the cultural value of the resources and putting them in the filed of culture to study.Finally,the paper puts forward some new ideas to develop the historic and cultural resources in Shaanxi,such as compacting thematic elements by planning theme parks,pondering on the past and exploiting tomb culture groups and constructing folk culture resources.By doing these can Shaanxi innovate the ideas and methods of developing tourism and coordinating the relationship between the tourism and cultural heritages protection,realizing the actual value of the history and culture resource in Shaanxi and making the effective strategies and planning for developing these unique resources.
