Abstract

In this paper, the extraction of total flavones from propolis was studied. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following: the temperature was 30℃ ,the concentration of ethanol was 100%, the rate of material to solvent was 1:14. The extraction yield is up to 92.25%.
