Abstract
Objective To study the expression of Ki-67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry(S-P method)was performed in the 10 normal cervical tissue and 40 CIN with ICC to evaluate the expression of Ki-67.Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in NCE,CIN and ICC was 0%,91.66%,100% respectively,It is obvious that the expression of Ki-67 in these lesions existed statisitcs difference(P0.01). Conclusion Ki-67 has important action in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma. Detection of the expression of Ki-67 is provided with important clinical applied value in understand the biological behavior and estimation prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
